Bug description: Normal ar trebui sa reduca cd la Rapid Fire cu 8 secunde per cast. El reduce cd la Rapid fire per numer de targeturi lovite. Ex: Daca lovesti 5 targeturi reduce cd la Rapid fire cu 5*8=40 secunde.
Proof: Nu am program de filmat si in poze nu se poate dovedii deoarece se poate spune ca a trecut singur cooldownul, dar poate testat foarte usor de un GM cu 2p de hunter si Multi-shot pe dummyurile din SW sau Orgrimmar.

Two Multishots on 12 targets and my Rapid Fire CD is back. It should pe PER CAST not PER TARGET HIT.
