Bug description: I don't think that is affected by this hotfix from febr 21 :

I have 2.5M HP so healing shell should heal me for 1M total and ~250k per tick (4 ticks)
But it only heals me for 125k per tick and ~ 500k total
So it probably has a 50% pvp multiplier. It shouldn't.
