[FIXED] [Hunter][Pets] Pet stats scalling with owner

Bug description: HP doesn't scale properly with the hunter's. Pet armor is too increased.

We need research about MOP pet scalings. For now I just fixed HP scaling (which I don't know if it's ok yet, but pets no longer have 9-10k HP at least)
