[FIXED] [Item] Stat Loss after recent fixes

Bug description: A lot of players have lost stats and ilvl after the recent stat fixes from items and Titanforge/Warforge debug. Most think it's the third relic thats not counting the ilvls

Proof:
Still have my simcraft stats from yesterday http://i.imgur.com/2q7OvRs.png

In-game stats after restart http://i.imgur.com/gfuSoUu.png I had 880 equiped ilvl before restart

Deleted cache, unequiped and re-equiped gear didn't do anything

Can confirm. Lost 2 item level as compared to yesterday, and huge portion of critical strike rating resulting in losing certain cap.

Can confirm, I lost 2 ilvl and about 300 agility.
My weapons should give me 111 ilvl (895/16), they only give 109. This may be it.

Can confirm, I changed my first relic from 875 to 880 and I lost 1 ilvl, wut? how does that work, I upgraded and increased my artifact ilvl and relic ilvl yet my overall ilvl went down.

Lost about 1,5k int and 4 ilvl

Also its only the weapon wich buggs out, the rest of the gear is ok and hasnt changed
My Gear gives me 29890int with the base int+ on lvl 110 (7323int) its a total of 37213int with my Affli weapon as you can see on the pic i only have 34382int wich is a lost of 2831int
On Destro the same thing happend but there is the diffrents smaller only 600int but the stats are ok until i equip the weapon.
Only checked int atm but the other stats could be buggy too

Confirm, my prismatic barrier went from absorbing 411k to 403k without me changing a single piece of gear. Definitely lost some intellect somehow.
