Bug description: After using some healing spell , the buff from this trinket gets up after some time. Unfortunately, it does not work because the value of the buff is zero and it does not increase.

P.S Plz fix it. I have waited so long time for some good tinket for my heal, sciense i creted this character.

From 9/10 trinkets that I have seen that has stacking stats is bugged, it proc's but remain on 0.
We cannot do high lvl dung's / raids due to this bug as we as caster's relay on these BIS trinkets, crit, mastery I know is bugged.
I have logged several tickets in regards with this, I can bet you this ticket will be closed as "Duplicate".
