Bug description:
Fireball, Pyroblast and FFB should have a MAXIMUM travel time of 0.75 seconds. Meaning that if they've traveled 0.75 towards the target they will give their damage/procs/whatever even if the visual is still in the air and hasn't collided with the target yet. I repeat, it should be the MAXIMUM travel time. If you are close to the target it should work the same way it does now. This mostly affects fire mages, but also frost mages because of Brain Freeze.

Currently on Freakz the damage is given when the projectile reaches the target. Travel time is not taken into consideration. Here's my Fireball test, from max range ~40 yards:

As you can see, even if you nitpick a bit, the time it takes for it to give its damage is ~1.5 seconds from max range. It is double of what it should be. Same goes for FFB and Pyro.

In the first one @5:26 you can clearly see him getting the damage and proc from the pyro he fired just before even though you can still see the pyro visual. My mad paint skills:

And here I was thinking it was just my potato laptop as a cause to this... I can confirm it, seen it doing this while doing Sha/Galleon mostly.

Yeah, big/tall bosses with huge hitboxes will make this bug very noticeable.

I confirm this but i believe there's not much to do about it.

Having a spell (that could make a proc on landing) to travel and not do dmg for over 1s (gcd) is gamebreaking for any caster but mostly for fire mages that need to build up for their kbooms
