Info= Cauterizing Blink (wowhead link) heals you for almost 15% of your maximum over 6 sec health instead of 8%

Assuming my health is 1311k then it heals me for 5 ticks of 32,778 and one last tick of 31,171 equals 195,061

Now to specify the percent for that => (195,061 x 100) / 1,311,000 = 14.87 (almost 15%)

Cauterizing blink should heal 8% from 7.1 to 7.2, and as we all know, this server is 7.1.5

Look at the changelog, at 7.1 they nerfed it to 8% and then at 7.2 they buffed it back to 15%. We are not at 7.2 yet though.
