WoW Freakz spell link: Frozen orb
Bug description: Da mai multe tick-uri decat trebuie. Ultima data cand am testat am laut 13 sau 14. Orbul tine 10 sec dupa ce e activat(testat), dar tick-uie mai repede.

Pe dumy-ul din mijloc da dmg de la inceput pana la sfarsit. Se pot numara exact 10 tick-uri de dmg.

Am gasit si Proof Ca nu e 'modified by haste' Si mai e si "Frozen Orb replaced both [Flame Orb] and [Frostfire Orb] in patch 5.0.4." Cele 2 orburi dadeau dmg la secunda(scrie in tooltip)

Ai citit macar ce am scris mai sus? ca NU e influentat de haste?

Nu se scaleaza cu niciun haste, pur si simplu spellu in sine e bugged, uneori a dat 10 ticks complet dezbracat, uneori 12.

12 ticks cu 0% haste pe mine, fara niciun item.

Dar nu zice nicaieri ca sunt 10 tickuri, sau ca ar fi un tick la o secunda (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=84721 (wowhead link)).
Video si printscreen sunt neclare, pentru ca sunt mai multe targeturi, iar orbul se deplaseaza.

Pot sa va dau la fel de usor video cu 9 ticks si video cu 12 ticks.

Nu scrie ca sunt 10 tickuri, dar cum orbul pulseaza cu damage la fiecare secunda si durata lui de cand incepe sa faca damage este de 10 secunde, atunci clar ar trebui sa fie 10 pulsuri de damage din orb.

It should have 10 ticks as shown in that video^.
Also,check a single target fight and you'll see that almost all the logs have a number of frozen orb ticks equal with 10*x: http://worldoflogs.com/ranking/eu-us/siege-of-orgrimmar/iron-juggernaut/heroic-25/dps/mage/frost/ .
