In what circumstances is it wrong? I can't do much without infos. Please look over spells that make this ice lance damage increased. (like if target is already frozen(which was aleardy fixed)). Thanks.

The only thing i can think of is that when you use Glyph Of Icy Veins and your Ice Lance is split into 3 , those 3 are not affected by Resiliance.

Not really, is a combo that makes it increase damage 4x twice (again).

TBH it is possible on this SS you can see that both of hes PvP trinkets procked and if the damage is getting increased by PvP power and Int and not getting reduced by Resiliance a hit of ~130k is possible.

It is reduced by resilience. The problem is that somehow, players manage to make it double deep that 4x increase damage. I'll look over tomorrow.

Maybe it's because of Fingers of frost?
Checked the spell on database, the only other damage modifier seems to be Arcane Power, but a 20% double dip probably wouldn't be noticeable.
