[FIXED] Missing Malevolent Vendor

Right now, it's impossible to abtain any Malevolent Gladiator item, becuse the vendor is not spawned (and according to the item finder he sells them for conquest, I don't even know why). There is only 1 npc in Serpent's Spine but he sells Elite Malevolent items (for conquest @ basic malev item).

As far as I know those NPCs are removed because we're in a new PvP season and the old ones are meant to be unobtainable. Any proof they should still be spawned?

Yeah, maybe those NPC shozld be removed, but I don't think that Malevolent items were totally unobtainable after their season and before 5.4's crafted version comes out. C'mon the server has a vendor for every season's items even from the beginning. Can u sawn those NPCs in Area 52 too?

Added them in pandaria. WARNING! They have conquest points prices, we will NOT change the prices
