[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Mastery in some spell sequences

Bug description: Blackout kick is losing the mastery effect in certain spell sequences IF you DO NOT have Hit Combo talented
Proof:
Mastery value in all test (can be seen in all videos): 54.64%
Did not use Hit Combo to not influence %, hit combo stacks do not get reseted, only the damage values do
Test1:
Using Blackout Kick -> Rising Sun Kick -> Blackout Kick

We can see that a regular mastery empowered blackout kick dealt 574476 damage then after using a Chi Wave inbetween it dealt 373037
Ratio between them 574476/373037=~1.54

So in theese spell sequences blackout kick is losing the mastery bonus even though another ability has been used

Another bug found is that Rising Sun Kick and Spinning Crane Kick do not lose the mastery value if the last ability used was themselves

Spinning Crane Kick -> Elixir(does not count as an ability used for mastery so should not affect stuff) -> Spinning Crane Kick
The 2 crane kicks deal the same amount of damage

The rising sun kick is not that problematic as noone would not cast anything for 10 seconds to wait for it to come back off CD
The spinning crane kick can be used in big pulls to get 2 crane kicks dealing massive damage with no GCD wasted inbetween.

Note: This may happen with other CD abilities as well (did not test) but it is too impractical to ever used 2 of those in a row with no other abilities inbetween (like FoF or SOTWL or WDP)

Method of recreating:

Hit combo talent>Proc Hit combo>Pick another tier talent>And all melee spells but Blackout kick has perma mastery damage increase no matter the sequence

In order to prevent damage loss for Blackout Kick with other Tier 6 talents but Hit Combo. Please relog after you switch to another talent.
