Bug description: the mastery is applied to touch of death but the mastery dmg is scaled by the armor reduction. the mastery not be supposed to be reduced by the armor reduction.
Proof: my total hp: 2730k so touch of death dmg: 1365k + 34% of mastery (464k) = 1829k
but my touch of death + mastery did 1689k so mastery dmg is reduced by 30% from armor reduction (464k - 30% = 324k) 1365k+324k = 1689k


this time don t close my topic randomly but listen 1 thing: the touch of death is supposed to ignore the armor of the enemy (so no armor reduction) ok ???
all the other spell is not supposed to ignore armor reduction tested a lot of time on all monk ww spells !!! armor reduction is just on the spell not on the mastery ok ???
exemple: tiger palm tooltip dmg: 43655 so on dummy dmg -30% armor reduction is 30559.... so 30559 + 32%mastery (9778) = 40337 !! this is the same dmg i see on recoun. so the reduction is supposed to be applied on the spell not on the mastery. i don t want be rude but i don t want open the same post 2 times any times.

Hmm..
As far as I know ww mastery should work like a basic dmg increase.
Usually for all damage first you apply all increases and after that you apply the decreases (dmg reduction)

For example:
Say you have 30% mastery - so 30% dmg increase and you hit something with 30% armor.
You have rising sun kick which let's say should hit for 100k (no increases) on 0% armor.
First you apply the mastery.
100k+30% and you get 130k
after that you apply the dmg reduction 30%
70% x 130k = 91k.

In touch of death's case.
It should be 50% of HP x mastery and then decreased by dmg reduction
say you have 3M HP and 30% mastery.
TOD dmg on 0 dmg reduction should be 1.5M x 1.3 = 1.95M.
Then you apply dmg reduction - in this case armor.
If TOD should ignore armor then the damage should remain the same - 1.95M

Exact the same thing I explained him on the first occasion. Why should the damage increase from mastery ignore armor ?

You opened the topic twice explaining the same thing but without any proof.

Here is the formula for touch of death:

= 0.5 * TotalMaxHealth * (1 + MasteryValue(MonkWindwalkerDamage,false) * PeekSavedValue(TouchOfDeathCombo))

This is the damage of Touch of Death with mastery included, mastery buffs the spell, spell is physical and when applied on target, damage is reduced by the target's armor.

garn pls read what we wrote ! touch of death is supposed to ignore armor !!! so ignore the armor reduction !!!!

Confirmed.

ToD should bypass armor mitigation. It should deal 50% of your max HP * mastery.
