[FIXED] [Mythic+ Affix] Explosive

Bug description: Orbs spawned by the Affix have WAY too much life. Currently, in a +23 key with Fortified an orb had 2.2 million HP.
Proof: http://prntscr.com/rnqbby This is from a Method video published on April the 5th 2018. Patch 7.3.5 was launched in January of that year. The Explosive orb targeted in the picture has 1.486 million HP. Just shy of 50% less compared to Freakz.
