Descrierea bugului / Bug description: e bugged normal ar trebui dupa ce dai o abilitate pe feral/spell pe resto sau balance sa dispara el nu dispare si tine full effect
Dovada / Proof: daca e nevoie fac un video cu toate specs sa demonstrez

E partial adevarat ceea ce spui tu aici, adica, dupa ce se activeaza Omen Of Clarity (wowhead link) daca dai cu Regrowth (wowhead link) sau cu Healing Touch (wowhead link) mai pe scurt cu speluri care au cast time, atunci acesta merge normal, in schimb daca folosesti hoturi cum ar fi Rejuvenation (wowhead link) sau Lifebloom (wowhead link) atunci intradevar dupa primul spell dat Omen Of Clarity (wowhead link) ramane pe tine, dar orice spell mai castezi costa mana, deci este un simplu bug vizual.

Daca ai apasat pe spell desi esti in una din situatiile de aici ^ , s-a buguit gata.

confirm. visual bug. cand se activeaza primul spell nu costa mana(deci merge), dar ramane activat (doar dupa un hot), si consuma mana. e destul de enervant ca nuti poti sincroniza regrowth pt el ca sa nuti manance multa mana.
