Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In loc sa dea FEAR 3 secunde la DISPELLER, FEAR-ul este primit la cel care are Vampiric Touch pe el. Please fix it asap - PS: Un healer in arena, nici nu se uita la ce dispel. cand jucam pe blizzard nu imi permiteam sa dau dispel la Vampiric Touch... aici pe Freakz iau mereu dispel la VP... nu tine nimeni cont de el.
Dovada / Proof: Nu am cum sa fac, se poate testa usor ingame.

Pai da... asa fac toti. Dispel Dispel SPAM... E foarte urat bug-ul... Era altceva sa isi ia Healerul Fear 3 Secunde, dupa care sa primeasca Poly fara problene -

NU ARE DIMINISHING CU FEAR.

Hotfix: Sin and Punishment is now properly causing its terror affect when dispelled. In addition, it no longer shares diminishing returns with fear effects. It now shares diminishing returns with horrify effects.

eu eram cu un priest in stonecore la al treilea boss si cand a dat vt pe boss si i-a dat reflect am dat dispell (din refex - ) mi-a dat si mie si lui fear. poate nu merge in pvp sau la dispelul de la priest ( app. eu fiind shaman) sper sa ajute GM-ul sa rezolve problema

it still must have diminishing with it self, not like now evrytime yo udispel Vt you allways get 3 sec fear no matter what...

Nu e fear. este HORROR effect. Si normal are dr cu toate efectele HORROR aka Psyhic horror 'n' Death coil.
