Bug description: only reduces the cooldown, not the mana amount
Proof: i don't have holy talent now... i tested it before... if any GM can't help with proof, i will do it later

Confirmed.
While you have this Glyph inscribed you gain 12000 Mana per tick of Divine Plea regardless of the spirit you have.
With 129 Spirit:

This is why you recived 12.000 mana 3 times. 12k *3 = 36.000 = 12% of 300k mana. Should the glyph modify the min amount as well?

L.E: Fixed. Now the min amount of mana (12%) recovered is as well reduced.
