WoW Freakz spell link: Judgment of Light
Bug description: Seems like your recent fix done here is not a fix, the spell just got bugged even more. Judgment of Light's stacks are supposed to have 1second ICD for each player that hits the target, not for entire raid/party/friendly targets & co.

Quote:

"This effect can only occur once per 1 sec on each target." means per raider, not per the judged target.

At this moment, Judgment of Light has 1sec ICD for all players.
It is suppose to have 1sec ICD for each players that hits the judged target, not for every player!!!
At this moment , the stacks are not even gone when i reapply Judgment of Light . There are still ~28stacks left because my Judgment cd is 11.2sec. You need like 40seconds to spend all stacks at this moment , and that's not right for sure.
