Bug description: It only gives 135 mana per tick.

Proof: Daca luam in mare " Total mana gained will never be less than 12% of caster's maximum mana"

la un mic calcul 300.000 x 0,12 = 36.000. deci mana totala primita nu ar trebui sa fie mai mica de 36.000

Confirmed. Mana regen is not affected
