[FIXED] [Paladin][Protection] Bulwark of Order Major Issue vs Necrotic

Bug description: Bulwark of Order is interacting incredibly strange with Necrotic. With Necrotic stacks on you, it's cap no longer exists, and it doesn't actually absorb any damage. It just seems to infinitely stack an absorb on you that never gets depleted. This completely nukes Protection Paladin's survivablity this week, and makes the spec nearly unplayable.
Proof: http://prntscr.com/s99x4h 6.2 million absorb on Freakz, I still take damage. Interesting to note: 2 different weak auras (Effective HP & Bulwark Tracker) both show the absorb as being a negative amount.
