Bug description:
The damage bonus gained per Artifact point spent is 0,5% istead of 0.65%.
Maybe is missing this patch change:
7.2.0 --> The damage bonus that tanks and healers get per Artifact point spent has been increased to 0.65% for all tanks and Discipline Priests (was 0.5%), and the bonus has been increased to 1.3% for all other healers (was 1%).

if possible this bug must be tested for all tank and healer speck.
also atonement calculation made in this post maybe can have some changes

Proof:
offy 7.2.5 preach video
stats:
- 50874 intellact
- 51 traits
- 9,27% versatility
Smite dmg --> 263093k (min 3.16)


Freakz
stats:
- 51338 intellect
- 6% mastery
- 56 traits
the lesser veratility is compensated by more intellect and more traits
Same dmg modifiers on smite
Smite damage --> 217096k


Edit: maybe is missing also this patch change:
7.2.5--> Smite damage increased by 16%

infact if you take the base smite dmg on freakz, increase that by 0,65% per trait and and by 16% you obtain:
217096 / (1,28) * (1.364) * 1,16 = 268357k same as preach damage
for this i must do a little more testing

Important Patch 7.2 Changes

Disc priests damage scaling per Artificial Damage trait was changed to 0.65% per level, up from 0.5%. Initially this just offsets the trait loss from 54 → 39, but in the long term will mean we’ll scale better relative to dps than we had been.

Legion Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13):

Smite damage increased by 16% for Discipline and 25% for Holy.
Smite now costs 0.5% of base mana (was 1.0%).

Regarding the damage buff of the Smite for Discipline Priests,

Smite damage increased by 16% for Discipline and 25% for Holy.
Smite now costs 0.5% of base mana (was 1.0%).

There has been done a similar post here, but it has been rejected, so I doubt some damage buffs have been applied and others not, not sure about mana. Still, it has to be checked!

Regarding the 0.15% damage buff per trait point and Atonement healing, here has been explained that the damage modifiers of the artifact do not count to Atonement healing, it is just a buff to help the priests do content like WQs or other.

Therefore, this buff just helps you to generally deal more damage, not more healing. If you are arguing about 0.15 damage per trait, buffing general damage without healing, then yes, this is correct, IF the change hasn't already been made.

Right now, disc. priests and tanks get 0.5% per trait purchased, while other healers get 1%

Both the mana change and the spell power change have been implemented on freakz, mana cost is 0,5% of base mana as it should be according to simc.
Spell power coefficient is 260%, which is also correct according to simc. (225*1.16=260). so both of these give no problems here.

the damage increase from traits is confirmed of course.
