Bug description:
Cascade does a % of its max damage/healing based on linear distance between the source and target of the bounce. It does 40% of its maximum damage at 0yd, and 100% at 30+yd, scaling linearly between those two points (anywhere between 30yd and 40yd will give 100%). It prefers farther away targets when it bounces.
Will ONLY hit every target ONCE until 15 targets are hit; so, 6 Mobs, ONLY 6 hits! AND Only Damage OR Healz. Not both!
(hit's 1 target, then 2 (bounce1), then 4 (Bounce 2),then 8 = 15 MAX hits
From Tool tip: never hitting the same target twice
Medium CD length
Not sure if they have this set NOT to pull Mobs? Likes targets far away!
The spell it makes only 3 bounce.

Cascade does benefit from chakra sanctuary and it sould apply echo of light or divine aegis .

Also , made a vid for you guys , cascade sometimes acts weird , in the video that i made the 3rd bounce is splitting in 4 instead of 2 and the other one doesn't split at all , each individual bolt should split in 2.

Este asa de greu de priceput ca Bug Report la Cascade este confirmed de jumate de an. Nu ar fi timpul sa-l reparati si voi?
PS: Credeam ca daca il pun iarasi la Pending o sa faceti si voi ceva.Dar probabil e prea greu.

Cascade in primu rand nu face 4 bounce (Asta insemnand 1 target la cast-dupa acel spread de 2 ,dupa care se vede si in video clar cum ies 2 salturi de heal dintr-un friendly care a fost afectat de a2-lea bounce si isi face spread pe alte 2 targete..mai repeta faza 2 odata si dupa over) ..cand il folosesti pe friendly target da doar pe 3 inclusiv pets(ceea ce nu trebuie sa dea heal pe pets,npc's,trigger's DIN RAIDURI).Pe enemy merge bine.

Patch 5.4.0 (10-Sep-2013) Cascade's effect can now bounce up to 4 times (up from 3), and its effect should no longer bounce between minor guardians (Wild Imps, Bloodworms, Snakes from Snake Traps, etc.).
Ies, it should bounce 4 times now due to patch changes, and it should affect 31 targets(there should be minimum of 31 targets to do this, it won't hit the same target twice), do some math before posting guys.(each bolt splits in 2 after hitting).

Yep , each bounce splits in 2 till 31 targets are hit...so that's 1+2+4+8+16=31
