What about this hot fix "Vampiric Touch now deals 10% less damage in PvP situations (was 25% less)." ? Why dont you mention about it ? Btw dmg reducntion in pvp for vt is 36.6%. http://imgur.com/a/O3v6q

@alecsplayer that hotfix was already implemented. PvP hotfixes were ALL implemented (thanks to @raven3).

And you cannot compare it like that. You have X stats when you don't have templates and Y stats with templates. Even if there was no modifier on vampiric touch, you'd deal totally different damage with and without templates. You don't really understand how do they work as far as I see.
But nonetheless, vampiric touch has 90% pvp modifier for us, so don't need to worry.
