[FIXED] [Priest][Shadow] Silence

Bug description: The intrerupt part of the spell is not working. Had this issue for several time already but thought it was a general bug as some spells have the unintrreruptible bar showing when casting spells
Proof: https://streamable.com/chryr7 here at second 15 i try to intrerupt the mob and it doesn't work (you can see it says immune, so i used the ability on the mob)

I know the "immune" showing is to specify that you can't silence the mobs but the "intrerupts spellcasting" part is not working
Also you can see in the videos that the mobs show the castbar with the grey armor like they can't be intrerupted(and for that example you should be able to intrrerupt that spell)

to further prove the point here is a video where you can see I use silence on a mob while casting and the intrerupt is not registered on the meters, so only the silence part of the spell is working

in your first video you literally see the interrupt going of, this seems more like an issue with your addon

In my video the intrerupt went off because it silenced the add.
That is what I am saying, the SILENCE part is working, so you can intrerupt the casts of mobs which can be silenced, because they get silenced and stop casting.
But the INTRERUPT SPELLCASTING part is not working, as you can see in my Halls of Valor video. So if the mob is not SILENCEABLE (Immune to Silence effects), you can't intrerupt the cast, as it happened in my videos with the stormforged obliterator
