[FIXED] [Priest][Shadow][Spell] Devouring Plague

WoW Freakz spell link: Devouring Plague (wowhead link)
Bug description: The 6 second damage over time does 280~300 damage while the tooltip states ~1500.
Proof:

Edit Bug description 2: Devouring Plague only consumes 1 Shadow Orb every cast.

Damage & healing values are not a priority right now. Focus on mechanics for the moment. We need to know what works and what doesn't.

Confirmed. Consumes only one shadowy orb even if the priest has 2 or 3 shadowy orbs on him/her.

1. Direct damage does not scale correctly with spell power: it seems to do more damage than it should.
2. Consumes only one Orb. It should consume all orbs that you currently have.
3. Dot dmg does not scale at all with Spell power, but the tool tip is correct as amount.
4. Each time the DoT deals damage to the target you should be healed for 1% per Shadow Orb consumed.
5. If the spell misses or is evaded, it should not consume any shadow orbs.
6. Each Shadow Orb consumed should increase the amount of damage that the direct spell and DoT does. It seems that it scales proportionate to the number of Shadow Orbs consumed.
