[FIXED] [Priest][Talent] Angelic Feather pickup range

Bug description: Angelic feather doesn't always trigger if the player runs over it. This issue becomes more problematic the faster the player moves.
There is also a height issue, you can jump or levitate over a feather without getting the buff.

There was also topic for both Feathers and Monk's spheres when you cast them while moving and just miss the effect and leave it on the ground behind you.From what i remember the only thing that Shocker could do was increasing the radius of the spells.I'm not completely sure to say anything right now so i guess we have to wait for someone else to post something valuable regarding this.
Edit: I just watched the video you posted,that's something that has happened to me,but like 1% out of 100%..Looks more serious than just missing it.

A while ago, the monk sphere's pickup range had been increased. I believe it would be safe to increase the pickup range of feathers to 3 yards, same as the spheres.
