[FIXED] [Profession] Blacksmithing recipes

I'm not sure if this is the only item missing, but it is the only one I noticed so far.

Bug description: At the moment, the recipe cannot be obtained, while it should be sold by Klaxxi vednor, who sells other similar recipes.

Proof: For whatever reason, WoWhead shows that recipe is not available to players. So here are other sources (including official) stating it is
