Bug description: Withering soul is not interuptable, yet it should be.

I tested it and i cannot confirm. https://streamable.com/imc6qm Please add Proof next time, maybe it only bugged on certain interrupts.

Ye right, monk, shaman, warrior, pala were total noobs that couldn't interupt. 3 More people tested it and confirmed she can't be.

I tested it again with monk and I found the problem. The spell itself is interruptable, even with a monk. The problem is that the interrupt got blocked by the boss as you can see in the video. https://streamable.com/gap87v . This is not correct.

Well that might explain why we couldn't interrupt her, even tho we literally spammed it on every single withering soul.
