[FIXED] [PvE] [Darkheart Thicket] Dresaron's Earthshaking Roar ticks

Bug description: While doing Dresaron on a +4 Mythic with Raging, the Bosses ability https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199389 was ticking 5 to 20 times instead of once + the rockfall damage.

Proof: https://imgur.com/a/FeW66 This was one shotting 4 people in less than a second, the only way we managed to kill the boss was to bloodlust on pull and have the tank solo it after we all died.

I issued a "shot in the dark" hotfix that *SHOULD* have handled that issue, now that i have more time i'm dwelling deeper into this matter and should come out with a definitive fix today. Sorry for this bug still being around.

I would like to say it's fixed but I don't know for sure, I did manage to finish a +11 on DHT though, it was either luck that the roar didn't 1 hit us, or the fix did infact work.
Not sure if you should close this or not tbh, either way, i'll update this as soon as i test it again.

I think you can close this topic, bug is fixed and not 1 shoting grp again. I did multiple dht keys and everything was fine, also I tested it by staying inside the roar for a longer time and it only does dmg on me alone instead of everyone like before.
