Bug description: I do not have the extra action button for the "healer" on my holy paladin, in mythic nighthold Gul'Dan. PS: I did try to use the macro for extraactionbutton1, use spell, cast spell. On dps and tank I have the button. (Blizzard Classic Interface)

I can confirm this.
Holy paladin has no button and can't use the ability at all, which is kinda important to have in mythic.

Proof holy paladin:

No button visible.

Proof prot paladin (with my interface):

Button in bottom right area visible.
