Bug description: Sup dude, after i delivery the quest ''Regroup At the refuge'',after i delivery the quest ''heart of the nightmare'' not appear for me, can you check what could have happened?
because I did all the other previous quests of this chapter.

I got exactly the same problem and I had to fix this in game with an administrator.
