Bug description: Quest counts as complete but cannot be delivered or abandoned .. it is just stuck / cleared cache, disabled / deleted addons, re-installed the 7.3.5 client, etc... and done all other relevant stuff, and also nothing

Special Note:

Sarah has advised to re-open a bug report, and she will follow up on this till it is done properly,

After a brief investigation; she advised that Lady Liadrin is already recruited which is causing the bug, and for some odd reason the quest has duplicated itself, therefore; am not being able to complete the quest and a GM should do so,

But a developer's approval is needed to proceed,
