[FIXED] [Quest] The Power Within (Image of Kalec)

Bug description: As you see i've completed the Druid class hall campaign and got my mount etc. But Image of Kalec has no quest for me(The Power Within) in order to do the "Balance of Power" questline. So i'm pretty sure that is a bug. I'm wondering if it's gonna be available in the future? Because it was available before the patch to all my characters. Thank you for your time.

Hello.

Complete your Order Hall Campaign through A Glorious Campaign, Forged for Battle, and Roster of Champions. This is required for Kalec to appear in your Order Hall and offer The Power Within. It usually takes him 1-3 days after you've done this to appear.

I checked now, i've completed those quests in the end of 2019 and still i can see Kalec in my order hall but he has no quest for me, thank you again

I had done everything that you said it should be done but i still dont get the quest.Is it a bug?
Also i am paladin if it matters.

Same on me, vompleted all the requirements but not quest.
To the sideline: i accepted the quest before patch but did not complete it. after patch quests are gone, and can not reaccuire it since Kalec does not give it (image appeared)
