Bug description:
#1: The object is not spawned, and the item [Vermillion Egg] can not be found in anything but you may create it via a spell, however there are no quest items for this quest.
#2: Some - on WoWHead - say that these object should appear after you kill a Twilight cultist in that area, however killing any Twilight cultist does not spawn these objects. (Under Twilight cultist I mean any kind of NPC that has Twilight in it's name.)
