Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Questul in sine cred ca merge problema este ca NPC-ul 'Uther the Lightbringer' de la care se ia questul nu e spawnat ID quest:24919, ID NPC:38608

De la acest item incepe questul care iti trebuie inainte de cel de la uther.Cum momentan ICC este inchis,nu poti sa faci acel quest.

L.E.:Am zis prima oara ca il spawnez pe uther,dar cum si el e in ICC chiar nu are rost.
