[FIXED] [Reforge] vs [Item Upgrade] Reforged stats not increasing

Bug description: Well. If we take an Reforged item and Upgrade it,stats which are gained via reforge are NOT getting increased.
Lemme make an example.
We got an item with crit/spirit. We reforge spirit into haste. When we upgrade the item haste(which was gained by reforging the spirit) doesn't increase.
Proof: ~ Well test it on Test realm or genesis I dont have anything to upgrade anymore so I can't provide SS atm

Confirm , it seems to affect only Crit / Haste / Mastery , not sure about spirit but works for hit and expertise ( this is for reforged + upgraded ) .

Not sure about just upgrades , if anyone can check if you gain mastery for example from an upgraded but not reforged : for example bottle of infinite stars gives 1218 Mastery , the upgraded version is 1313 , if anyone can check if you actually get the secondary stats such as ( mastery crit haste ) from upgrading an item like a simple trinket i would be thankful as mine is upgraded and i do not have access to PTR currently


EDIT : Apparently it affects only the stat which you reforged so my theory for crit haste mastery only must have been wrong as it may affect hit expertise and spirit aswell , i bet you can find the issue easier than me so ill let you take care o that , need more tests , and still someone to test a trinket like bottle ( if you actually gain that extra 96 mastery or not.) thanks in advance

Shocker is away until 6 of July. We have to wait for that. Happened to me also. Tried deleting Cache too, but w/o any effects.
