Bug description: Slice and Dice can be refreshed/overwritten to a lower Combo Point duration. It shouldn't. Message ''A more powerful spell is already active''.

Comfirmed,is realy game breaking for high ilvl rogues when they enter burst,because in all that adrenaline rush madnes you acidentaly refresh your 5 combo slice and dice whit one or two combo points wich absolutely smashes your dps into the ground

rogues are right ,this kinda sucks if you go from full snd to 1 combo point snd

Confirmed, you shouldn't be able to refresh SnD to a lower duration.
