Bug description:

Weaponmaster is completely broken. Here's a test of casting 100 backstabs and tracking whether it's gonna proc an additional backstab or not.

Weaponmaster should only work for damaging abilities (that includes artifact damage dealing traits and weapon ability - goremaw's bite) and not autoattacks.

*Update

Further tracking of weaponmaster proc:

50 backstabs - [0 weaponmaster procs]
10 nightblade (6 cp talent / 9 ticks) = 90 nightblade ticks - [0 weaponmaster procs]
