Bug description: Cheat death procs indefinitely... maybe its cuz of the dots/ drain soul ??

Confirmed.
Cheat Death can indeed procs indefinitely if the rogue is losing HP slowly (dots, low/moderate dmg aoe, etc...), but after the 1st cheat death procs and he takes a direct dmg he will die.
