Bug description: Glyph of Unstable Earth increases the healing done by Chain heal by quite a good amount.

That's because that glyph has an unusual secondary effect

Effect #1 Apply Aura: Add Spell Modifier %
Value: 15%
Spell Modifier: Damage Multiplier
Affected spells:
» Chain Heal

And if you do the math you will see the increase is exactly 15% (and +1650 from jade spirit proc ofc)
