Bug description: it should have another 4% increase dmg from a hotfix
Proof: Crash Lightning, Flametongue, Lava Lash, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Shield, Rockbiter, Stormstrike, Windfury, and Windsong damage increased by 4%.

this hotfix is after the aura from 7.1.5 so i could say is a 10 % increase for a total of 20% but we will wait for the dev cuz he has the last word

As I mentioned already in the previous topic, the final modifier for enhancements is 21% (I gave proof in the other topic)
