Bug description: The debuff stacks up on the target but it never consumes the stacks when i use Lava Lash so it stacks up to 99 on the target as long as you keep your flametongue active.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/wPs4evN As you can see here in the first image i stacked the debuff to 99 with just keeping my flametongue active and then in the next photos when i used the lava lash the stacks never reset and the damage was increased for each lava lash.

Confirm. Doesn't consume stacks.

Confirmed, while Flametongue is active Lava Lash does not consume Lashing Flames.
