Bug description: if you do static cling, then you can't auto attack enemies. You can again only if you cancel it. i think affect worldpvp with enhancements bcs spells like flametongue/hailstorm can do a lot dmg and you haven't maelstorm and no procs for stormstrike etc., and when i was testing it i saw when Static Cling(15% movement speed) from me disappear and target has still this debuff, we didn't move.
