Bug description:
The same as in the last topic. Previous one was rejected and closed too quickly to respond so I am making a new one.

As it's been already mentioned, 2p bonus should increase stormstrikes crit chance by 40%. As you can see in the video i have casted stormstrike over one hundred times while stormbringer was active. In the result i got about 22% crits, which is much lower than expected (19% base + 40% ~= 60%).
In Quicksand's video crit strike chance value written in chat is correct, but apparently it is not applied.

Yea well, you are using tempest. Maybe could've mentioned that, now that I see that you have that, I tried, there's an issue with the interaction between T19 2P and tempest.
