Bug description: This NPC is missing from Hrydshal (alliance) and Cullen's Post (Horde). He should provide players with a shortcut to 3 different locations as per the wowhead comment, allowing them to skip all the grappling:

Top of Galebroken Path: takes you to 44.8, 77.4, just NE of the cave
Thorim's Peak outside the Thorignir Refuge: takes you right to the cave
Top of Thorim's peak: takes you to 41.3, 80.1 just NW of the cave
