[FIXED] Symbiosis doesn't affect hots yet.

Dovada / Proof:
1. SS with only single lifebloom

2. First casted rejuvenation then lifebloom

3. First casted lifebloom then rejuvenation

As u can see none of them are affected by previous casted HoT on the target so the mastery isn't working.[/img]

It was already working even if there were no HoTs on the target before applying the new HoT, fixed it to work only if there is at least one HoT
