[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Tormented Souls should decrease stacks

Bug description: it should decrease the number of stacks, if you don't get any new proc those stack you have, should go down

forgot to damage the target so you can see they go down even you are damaging but not getting any stack
anyway i can do it if it's really needed

This is cause you are out of combat, it should drop to 1 stack I believe. In combat this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

nope, i stood for 10 min out of combat and they still were 12 on freakz

Yes, I just tested, stacks never drop on freakz(hard to tell cause you are always on combat though), and I said how they should behave, if you don't attack something for let's say 1 minute, they should drop at an interval of 5-10 seconds, but they should from 12 stacks, for example, to 1.

They should reset but in the next patch(7.2)

Stacks should drop only after around ~1:30 minutes after you stop damaging
