[FIXED] [Warlock][Destruction] Imp Energy Consumption

Bug description: Nothing wrong with the spell, just something wrong whit the imp energy consumption( it's way to fast, 7-8 firebolts and his left without energy). Also i think is the same for all the pets, energy consumption is to fast, maybe regen is not high enough or dont know wich may be the cause. But this is a major bug for destro since one talent from artifact increase imp firebolt damage and also https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=108501&&name=grimoire-of-service may be bugged cause of energy consumption.

(starting around 2:06, midle bar between his HP and target HP is the imp icon and the yellow bar is his energy). And don't know if its true or noth but here imp seems to cast firebolt a bit faster, but maybe it's just my imagination.

I believe it's not that, it's that every pet should stop casting at around 100 energy and then afk and wait for the energy to top. The reason why imp remains with 0 energy is that he uses it continiously.

I don't realy know what proofs to get more than this since i don't know wich cause this to happen. I can only say that all the pets from warlock drain their energy way to fast that is way i thought it's something related to energy regen. And yes in the vid guide his imp doesn't go below half the energy and here my imp only whit firebolt it's draining all of his in almost 12 sec.

Fixed Fel Imp regeneration. Also rewrote the entire pet system regarding haste's effects on pets/summons (such as cast speed, attack speed and power regen). For pets that use our custom system, the regen will be a lot more "fluid" even visually, and also more precise.
