Bug description: Nu primesti increase la mana regen din bufful raidului de 5% spell haste.
Proof: Fara buff | Cu buff

Din cate se vede, mana regenul este egal.

This is because Elemental Oath doesn't increase spell haste, it increases casting speed. If Chaotic Energy should benefit from E.O./M.Q./M.A. bring a blizz proof, but I doubt it should because when you'll have a bloodlust effect you'll have a ridiculous amount of mana regen.
A similar bug was reported about Paladin's Sanctity of Battle here.

Unu la mana, EO/MQ/MA dau spell haste, scrie clar in tooltip ca-ti da spell haste si din moment ce joci/jucai warlock stii foarte bine ca atunci cand iti faci haste cap`ul pentru ticuri in plus de doturi, iei in considerare si 5% haste`ul din raiduri ... deci nu e casting speed, e spell haste.
Doi la mana, Mana Regenul nu creste nici din Bloodlust effects as you can see here cu buff - fara buff.
Trei la mana, Mana Regenul nu creste nici din Potion of Speed care-ti da haste rating as you can see here.

Per total, ar trebui sa primesti increase la mana regen atat de la buffele de raid cat si din bloodlust effects/pots.

Absolut toate buffele de spell haste ex : boomkin , Spriest , shaman si toate efectele gen TW , BL , Drums iti mareste haste-ul = casting speed increased , extra dot ticks ( cand e cazul ) si pe subiectul actual iti mareste si mana regeneration la destro lock . Desi chestia asta nu e un " must " pentru destro lock , iar daca rotatia e facuta cum trebuie nu ar trebui sa ai probleme cu mana vreodata sau cel putin pe blizz nu am auzit nici un destro lock sa se planga ca ramane fara mana ( decat cand spama fel flame / rain of fire ).

Daca vrei proof pot sa fac un mic video pe blizz cu bl on / off si sa spamez rain of fire sa vezi diferenta de mana regen

Lol....scrie direct in tooltip SPELL H A S T E si tu insisti ca e casting speed? La fel si la Time Warp, scrie melee, ranged and spell HASTE.

Problema adevarata este alta, efectele care chiar micsoreaza DOAR attack speed la melee baga si ele %haste ca sa emuleze acea micsorare in attack speed, aici este incorect si este cu totul alta problema, dar nu poti sa te apuci sa spui la elemental oarth/heroism ca nu da haste cand clar in tooltip scrie ca da haste, lol.


Daca vrei sa testezi faza cu melee attack speed intra in party cu cineva care are aura de 10% increased melee attack speed. Ai sa vezi ca tu cum iei acel buff pe tine in loc sa ti se micsoreze doar attack speed la melee swing, buffu iti baga HASTE. Acolo e buba.

Normal ca nu ai auzit din moment ce acolo primesti mana regen din toate buffele/procurile/spellurile de haste. Nu poti sa zici nu e un "must" pentru ca pe blizz nu ramaneai fara mana xD. Pe blizz nu e buguit, logic ca nu ramai fara mana.

pai te cred ca nu ramai fara mana din moment ce majoritatea castati chaos bolt imediat cum aveti embers. Dar si dps-ul vostru e la pamant. Nu mai comentati aiurea daca nu stati sa testati clasa "la sange".

Mana regenul din haste a fost buguit inca de la inceput si inca este.

Confirmed,as it says in the tooltip,you gain mana regeneration from haste.It doesn't mention that you should gain just the haste rating from items.
