WoW Freakz spell link: Chaos Bolt

Bug description: Im basically asking if this is already implemented on Freakz or not, if it isnt then consider this as a legit bug report. If it is then you can reject it.

-From patch 5.3 untill the end of MoP chaos bolt received a -25% damage versus players nerf, the reason was because prior to patch 5.3, chaos bolt was double dipping into resil from gear (not the 60% base resil) and was doing less damage than intended. After they fixed this bug they realised it was doing too much damage (because resil on gear was removed with patch 5.3), so they toned it down. Here is the blue post about it:

It’s come to our attention that a change to Chaos Bolt has been causing some confusion, and we want to clarify what’s going on with the ability.

First, some history: since its introduction, the Warlock spell Chaos Bolt hasn’t been interacting correctly with Resilience. There are two sources of Resilience:

Base Resilience
Resilience from gear

Resilience from gear has been lessened with patch 5.3, and now players at level 90 have 65% base Resilience.

Prior to patch 5.3, Chaos Bolt was taking into account both base Resilience and Resilience provided by gear, but due to a bug, it was actually taking Resilience from gear into account twice. Once we reduced Resilience from gear and fixed the issue with double dipping Resilience from gear, Chaos Bolt started hitting considerably harder than intended.

We’ve since resolved this issue, so now Chaos Bolt only takes Resilience into account once (both base and gear Resilience) and we’ve reduced the damage it does against players by 25% to bring its damage into line with intended values.

Yeah its not in the patch notes, doesnt mean its not there. I gave you a blue post about it.

If that -25% is gonna happen at least we need proof from someone who played on blizz..and knows about this nerf personally since this doesn't appear on the patch notes

They are called stealth nerfs, why not read more from that topic you will see what was actually going on, the -25% damage vs players is very real just not documented in patch notes.

If you read more pages you will see ppl complaining about other stealth nerfs that never made it to oficial patch notes but were still implemented.
Warlocks were more angry about the fact that it went in as a stealth nerf rather than being told straight up that their CB is getting a -25% dmg nerf vs players.

Yeah this will probably have to be discussed with the PvP staff ppl or whatever, im just posting a bug -

Chaos bolt has received numerous buffs across this expansion, and since it doesn't "benefit" from the resilience double-dipping as it did on retail during 5.1 content, the hotfix should be applied immediately.
