Bug description: Right now, warlock fear lasts for 8 seconds in arena.
It should be 6 seconds

at the 0:39 min mark you see that he takes a 6 sec fear.

note* in Legion every fear in the game is capped at 6 seconds and it beaks more easily than in mop. You should check them out.
